Lampshade Colors:

For current available lamp shade colors go to: www.floridaumbrella.com, click on Fabrics then Acrylics. All ending in -C and -D are standard. Those ending in -E are a $16.00 upcharge.

 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES:

  • Order by case quantities only. Call for current shade color collection.
  • Frame Colors: White and Bone (smooth only), Hunter Green and Black (fluted only)
  • Models 110, 103, and 110T come with shade, color of your choice. Lamps ordered with no shade - deduct $10.00.
  • All lamps have a 9 foot power cord. Require 100V 60Hz power source (standard house current). GFCI if used indoors.
  • Include your customer number on all orders and payments.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Electric lamps CSA approved.
  • All UPS-able except where noted.

TERMS OF BUISNESS:

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars, fob Shipping Point.
  • First order Must Be Paid In Advance.
  • Terms of Net 30 with pre-approved credit.
  • Please allow 3 weeks for processing.
  • Payments are credited to dealers' accounts on the day received.
  • Interest at a rate of 1-1/2% per month will be charged on all overdue balances.
  • Shipments will be suspended while an overdue account is outstanding.
  • Late payments will result in cancellation of credit terms.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Outdoor Lamp Company, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. During that period, the Outdoor Lamp Comapny, Inc. will remedy all such defects without charge for parts or labor, upon return of the unit together with the original sales reciept, or other proof of purchase, to the Outdoor Lamp Company, Inc. This warranty does not extend to damage resultingfrom failure to follow proper assembly instruction, misuse, neglect, or abuse.
